Instead of dropping St Louis altogether, take them out of the 4 team parlay and then set up another parlay of:
St louis ML
Ohio St ML
Clemson ML

I don't know what this will pay but it should be sweet. Don't go crazy on it.

If you have a positive expectation it is wise.

Are you betting a pattern you found? Guessing? using your "gut"?

I like half time plays to if I know a team is better or worse in one half. Some teams start out strong then fizzle, other teams start out slow then pick up momentum. If you can spot an edge like that and the line is off because the lines makers have not reflected it then by all means go for it.

A pattern I found that works with dogs is, if the second half spread is equal to or greater than the game spread then that is an automatic play.

I do this in CFB all of the time....typically Large Spread + Quick Start teams for 1Q and 1H bets.
