This team has shown nothing this year and yet they've been getting way too much respect from the books.
I could go through and list all the instances but the simple fact is that they are 2-8-1 ATS this season. Clearly books have overvalued this team.
Texas is only 8-6 but they have at least shown life. Routed UNC, hung tight with UCLA who looks better by the week, lost in OT at a good Baylor team, hung with Michigan State until the Spartans pulled away late...
But Texas is only a 4 pt fave here. Certainly not a vote of confidence from Vegas.
