Is it me or does Western Carolina -7 look like an extremely easy pick today?

Could be a trap but everything that i know about both of these teams leads me to believe that Western Carolina should win this game in somewhat blowout fashion. The Citadel is down right awful and their wins are all against nobodies as in non D-1.

Any thoughts guys?
