    Memphis @ Tennessee
Does Memphis not win this game easily? I just dont see Tennessee being able to score enough to hang with the athleticism of the tigers. Whats your thoughts?

LOVE Memphis too, but I also loved Illinois on Wednesday and Stanford on Thursday - both road fav's that didn't win. Even though Memphis is a dog here, still nervous about taking them. Looks like books baiting us here.

This game reminds me very much of the Stanford/USC game last night.

I have lost taking tennessee several times this year already. They are out right pathetic when it comes to defense and scoring when needing to. The tempo Memphis has should be enough right there to win the game. If Bruce Pearl was the coach still I would say no way Tenn loses at home.

I follow the Tigers pretty closely (alum and live in Memphis) and they have not been playing or shooting very well. Can't disagree with most of the other posters comments but I would be leary of going too strong on them. And, their record in Knoxville is terrible, most of the time Memphis had the better team but they just don't win very often there. Not saying they can't or won't win, but tread lightly.

That's where I stand. Like them but neither team is worthy of serious $$ in this spot.

Tennessee is the obvious pick here. Black (2nd best player, leading rebounder) out. Adonis Thomas slumping. Memphis' first true road game of the year. Tennessee has been TOUGH at home (wins against Wichita St., Xavier). They give up in ppg in the 50's and are at home in a rivalry game.

Why anyone would pick Memphis is beyond me.
