Legitimately thought Creighton wouldn't cover the spread. I looked into every possible aspect statistically and deduced that Creighton would only win by single digits. Moreso after I bet on Creighton covering the spread against Tulsa, only to have the benchwarmers (including my fraternity's former president Joe Kelling [Sr. Walk on]) blow the 26 point lead (20 point spread). Yet, somehow I accidentally bet Creighton -13.5 though and they covered... phew. Down nearly $200 this weekend.
Also cancelled a big bet on JDS too at the last minute... maybe I'm getting some luck my way after going -170 in a day.
Creighton's shooting and defense, while great and a massive improvement from last year respectively, is so streaky and sporadic that I find it hard to make a confident bet even though I'm about as informed as can be without actually being on the team.Comment
