It means money came in on N Arizona which caused the line to move up half a point to 7.5

Then, even more money started coming in on Montana St. which then caused it it to move back down half a point to 7 again.

If the line continues to go down, Montana St. is the play. If it continues to go up, N Arizona is.

AS of 9:49 AM CST Line is back at +7.5 on 5 Dimes
