Iam convinced Vegas designates one game to win but they raise the ats and that team wins but won't even come close to spread do you guys agree?

Not sure what you are saying? Are you saying Vegas knows one team will win a game and they raise the line on that game? That team then wins the game but they don't cover the spread?

They do that on about every game. The more sure of a win makes the spread bigger.
