There will almost certainly be more Oregon State fans in the crowd then Portland State fans, but it won't be some electric environment.

Portland State just lost to Loyola Marymount by 10 on the road and Loyola Marymount is about as good as Oregon State, but then you look at Portland State's loss to Portland...
