i think 10:00 is considered the last ten minutes of the game. 20:00-10:01 first ten minutes. 10:00 minutes on 2nd half. do they have explicit rules anywhere?

It's more the turnovers than anything. They turn the ball over like every 4-5 possessions-- Harris will fix this as the season goes on.
