Why is V Tech +5.5?

Someone help me understand why a solid Virginia Tech team is the underdog against an ok West Virginia team?

It is on the road but that is a lot of chalk.

I'm jumping on it.

its now +6.5 taking them Moneyline.. Same result as Canius today
