    Why is St. John's -8 ?
I don't get it. What am I missing? Sure, they are home and have the advantage in that respect, but Frank Martin isn't going to have his team go down without a fight. South Carolina is an improved team and I see the +8 as a gift. Someone know more as to why the # is so high?

Jumped out at me as well. On SC for a unit. I also see LSU -3 as having value

first road game for SC, also playing toughest competition so far in St Johns

St Johns with lots of freshmen. Should a interesting game. SC has lots of young blood but i can see them being prepared here with good coaching.

St John's has yet to prove much with me, as they are young... I am giving serious consideration here. 8 points is absolutely a lot to lay to SC

Line down to 7.5 on 5Dimes. I am sitting strong on the Frank Martin factor with South Carolina. He will have a coronary embolism on the sideline if South Carolina doesn't play hard. That is enough for me to take the 8 points!

Sc can't rebound, they just tip the ball into the air until a St. Johns player grabs it.

They also can't score, they just pass the ball around on the perimeter until they either turn it over or someone jacks up a brick
