Books seem convinced that Michigan State is going to lose to Miami
I don't get it.

Is he out for sure?
In any event, I'm not sure how Miami can match up with MSU underneath. Plus, it's not like the Hurricanes have a big homecourt advantage.

Even if Harris does play, I'd be surprised if he gets that much time...State hardly ever is a high flying team to start the season. Generally a good idea to lay off of them.
I mean...I don't think Miami is all that impressive but aside from the Kansas game, State hasn't exactly looked comforting.

Haha matchup underneath? Miami has a good frontcourt.
Michigan State isn't that great. They are almost always a good early season fade.

Didn't say they were "great," but you generally don't have to be great to beat Miami. It's not like they're playing at Duke.

Getting Trice back should help with there turnover problems he is really there only true PG. Line is a reflection of there early season struggles agaisnt Boise, Oakland and ULL at home. They have been a turnover machine. They will get better though. Everything I have heard/read makes me think there's no way Harris plays. Don't think Izzo will chance his health for one game that honestly doesn't really mean much at this part of season. Plus I am sure he believes they have good shot of winning this game without him anyways.

MSU has and always will struggle with turnovers. More a product of their style of play than anything else.
I'm more concerned with their lack of perimeter shooting aside from Appling. They have no one that can score the ball from deep.

Yeah that's the problem if they play against a good zone they struggled make perimeter shots. Trice is alright shooter though. Dawson and Payne can hit mid range, but yeah that is where they miss Harris the most. Byrd is suppose to be a shooter but haven't been impressed with him at all

Miami has better players, also do not forget Larranaga took George Mason to the final four this team has a chance to do the same.

Miami did not have a very good start to the year but the first game Durand Scott was back form suspension was a blowout win over a solid Detroit team. Miami is balanced if you ask a Miami fan who if their best player might get 4 different answers, possibly 3 NBA players on the team and fat boy Reggie Johnson is a good college player though too slow to play in the league.

MIchigan St. opened the favorite and Miami closed the favorite books only set opening lines. And are trying to say MIch S.t +1 2nd half is free money? MIami can still win
