I missed the start of the TxTk game...at the half, with them down 8, of their 11-point cushion...at Bet365 can get a very similar line as at the game's start (+11.5, -115)...but the real bargain is ML, +750

so just put down all of 0.13x to win 1x at +750...

update: turns out i didn't succeed in submittting it cuz of a slight line change i didn't notice...seems to have worked out for the best, likely saving me the 0.13units...

Gud luk to the rest of u guyz on the spread (& maybe even the ML...still plenty of time left)

I call sharp plays "against the grain" plays...cuz they go against the "i just wanna wing the damn bet" grain aka. what people call their "better" [really just their their square-conformist] judgement)...

over the haul these bets are good for your roll if you get in the habit of consistently taking them (ie. trusting what your numbers say=the the probability of winning is better than what the book-odds imply)..and not pussying out cuz ur afraid of the square result and the "damn, i knew it!!!" hangover...

long-haul winners know that bets aren't good individually dependent on their immediate result...rather, it's the entire body of bets and how their actual winning percentage stacks up against the overall prices paid...Your profitability is a direct index of how good u are at both FINDING and LOCKING-IN bargains

a bet is sharp because the price is a "probability bargain"...a bet is square if its taken even tho it's clearly not a bargain but you think that won't matter cuz it'll "probably" "just win anyhow"...truth is, the square play probably WILL win today...but over the haul just not quite often enough to be profitable...

recognizing the sharp side means u've FOUND value...if u can get in the habit of ignoring your square-driven "better judgement" fear-of-losing tonight and instead get the habit of LOCKING IN the generalized value the play represents by taking it even tho' it goes "against the grain" ..the ka-chings will come on their own schedule

Bad bet on Ohio State. Indiana is usually better at home than on the road but this is the best they've looked all year to me. When they are at home they try to run teams to death. Today they are playing at a much better pace and taking advantage of matchups. Finally seeing them using post play with Zeller.
