Record: 6-3 (+2.75u)
Massachusetts -9.5
Harvard just took a HUGE blow losing Kyle Casey and Brandyn Curry; star forward and team general respectively. These guys are irreplaceable and while Harvard should be able to rebound the rebuild has only just begun news of the scandal dropping just Nov. 7th.
Minutemen return all but one player off the starting rotation and all top scoring, they are touted to contend for the A-10 title this season and look to be every bit as scary as predictions say. Umass home opener will be loud and proud I really like them to take this home in double digits against a changed Harvard squad.

Princeton -10
Princeton Tigers are likely going to win the Ivy league with an impressive balanced style and roster. This is their home opener against a team that they can certainly dominate especially since Northeastern lost two big players due to injury late October. I see positional battles being dominated by the home team and I like Hummer to have a breakout game for the year in this one. This could get ugly depending how Northeastern handles the ball and if they can score, expect a balanced attack from Princeton and solid D.

VCU -7
The very well coached Rams face the shockers at home in what is sure to be a packed and very loud building. The shockers lost all five starters and need to replace many role positions with talented freshmen and transfers, so many new faces and new roles, a win is not a realistic situation for them. I think the number is too low especially considering VCU beat them last year with pretty much their entire stud lineup, VCU returns four starters from that team / WSU returns none, and this game will be played in VA. not neutral court. Wichita St. might be able to contend again this year after some building and bonding but it's too much of a transition; I think Shaka will get a double digit win in front of the home crowd.
May still add some action in the morning, good luck with your plays, unc.
