I'm pretty new to scalping/middling live lines in NCAA Football and NFL.
Started a system last month after A4K showed me his proceedure. I start out using $10 Units, picking the underdog ML in what will be a close game to lead off with, and the line is under 7.5. I'm up 16 Units doing this.
However, when NBA started, I tried to do the same proceedure. Didn't see any positive or favorable line movement on the live betting. Only thing that happened was in the final minutes of the game and their associated commercial breaks, I was given the opportunity to either cash out on my original dog lead, or to arbitrage out for about a 10% loss. Not exactly what I was hoping for, and that's not the experience I've had with football.
Having said that, I kinda look down at hoops. I've always regarded it as a game of endurance and who can keep up more, rather than the strategy of football. As we know, in a competitive contest, it's the one who has the ball last that wins.
I have a tough time following sports, but understand line movement and the like. Half the time when the whistle is blown in a basketball game, I have no idea what just happened.
I was wondering if anyone has had success middling or scalping lines in NCAAB, because NBA just doesn't look viable at this time. You input and help is appreciated, thanks in advance....
