lines that are off for 1 reason or another from what I see so far

Michigan State vs UConn (is 8.5 and should be 10.5)
Ohio State vs Marquette (is 6.5 and should be 3)
Fresno State vs Texas (is 12 and should be 15)
Tulane vs Georgia Tech (is 5 and should be PK)
North Texas vs Creighton (is 10 and should be 8)
Miss State vs Troy (is 5.5 and should be 9)
Fordham vs Texas State (is 2 and should be -1)
Santa Barbara vs LSU (is 8 and should be 5.5)
Pepperdine vs Northridge (is 5.5 and should be 1)
St Peters vs Rutgers (is 17.5 and should be 19.5)
Samford vs Austin Peay (is 5 and should be 1)
Tennessee State vs BYU (is 11.5 and should be 14)
Montana vs Colorado State (is 9.5 and should be 4)

Mayo is out of Marquette which probably makes it closer to a no play than a bet

BYU has a guard questionable that I would like to see play if I bet

Montana is missing Cherry but CSU is also missing a solid player so that line should probably be around 7 or so. Still a bet probably

Austin Peay has a solid guard out so Samford looks even better

Troy has a key player out so Mississippi State looks even better

Fresno and Texas both have key players hurt but Fresno's is only questionable

North Texas has an important player questionable which I'll have to follow up on

tpowell, how do you do your handicapping?

what information do you need to know to handicap 1st half totals in college basketball? is the FG total enough or is there other important information? thanks.

easiest way for me in college sports is to do power ratings for all the teams and go from there. 1st half totals are tough. You have to understand that if the total is 140, the 1st half total should be around 65 (10 less than the second half)

Locked in on ML for 3 units. I think they win by 10+.

Bama is another good pick.

thinking about a play on North Dakota State. They bring back almost the entire team and Bama lost a lost of frontcourt talent

BYU is a potential play but would like to see it hit 11 before I bet it. Decided against Montana and Texas because they had key players hurt which makes it sort of a crapshoot, regardless of if the line is off. Not betting on a team that isn't returning starters in Mississippi State either.

rlm is irrelevant if you can't get the original line IMO. The original line was right, not sure why its dropping but can't say I really care unless its some kind of inside info but doubtful

went 2-6 on opening night Friday. Rebounded well yesterday (4-0) and have a good day going today (4-2) with 1 play pending (Loyola Marymount +3.5)

Had Wisky Milwaukee earlier, hope nobody else had that pain. Up 15 at half as a 6 point dog and game goes to overtime and lands on 7
