Exhibition game ... First game for the dream team together .. What's the incentive to win by 45 for USA ? It's a meaningless game that they will win, it's gonna be a lot of alley oops and trick passes and goofing around. A 35 pt win will be just fine I think

Plus, how many minutes will Lebron / Kobe / etc actually play?

That average margin is from Olympic games, not exhibition practice games.
Besides margin of victory won't prove squat between 2012 & 1992 teams.
