I was looking at some of the games and it looks like they're really underestimating some of the teams.

Russia vs Angola +19 1/2?
FYR Macedonia vs Dominican republic +3?
Angola isn't that bad that they'd be blown out by 20 points and didn't think D.R would be the underdog in this.
Anybody else think the same?
