Hedge Miami +400 bet to win series?

I bet 1 unit on Miami to win game 2 and series at +400 on bet 365 when they were down 0-1. Just wondering your input on whether I should hedge or not. I'm thinking the line for OKC to win series will be at least +400 being down 3-1. So i could guarantee +300 for myself or let it ride it out.

Thoughts?
