WNBA: 6/20/2012- Mystics/Mercury or Shock/Sparks whats the play? Chime In
I want to take the smart move and go Sparks -12.5 but i've seen tulsa play hard basketball. The mystics game is a toss up i'd like to hear from you guys what you think about these two games.

you sure did pick a tough card to ask for input.
sparks seem obvious but they have struggled mightily with the shock in recent history. i would say that doesn't matter because this sparks team is much better than they've been in the last two years, but we all know what happened in the last game with these two, photo finish for the sparks who barely had a lead all 2nd half. with the sparks off the blowout there's a chance they don't bring their a-game, but they also might be focused to put the shock away, which they did not do last time these two met. it's really tough to call.
in the other game, it's shit vs. more shit. i guess i would side with the mystics off the thumping they took in l.a., because the merc have not really shown much heart at all, whereas the mystics, despite their record, have shown that they can bring it from time to time.

I'm gonna pick the Sparks here. Ogwumike was back in the line up against the Mystics and she played really well again, with Parker and Ogwumike on the floor it will be really hard for the Shock to play well on both ends. Also, the new injury troubles Tulsa have with Scholanda Dorrell and Jennifer Lacy out for 4-6 weeks, I'm gonna pick the LA Sparks -13.5Comment -
