I definitely did see it offered on 5D parlayed with the 1H winner, dont know about just OT though. This was before the game started though.

Bet365 offers it live but takes it offline close the the end of the 4th

i didnt bet this game, so didnt see the price it was for tonight, but i saw it last night was +1600
