Sure looks like it. I guess thunder learned nothing.

    What are you talking about?

I'm pretty sure the Lakers were better than us that year considering they won the Championship and Durant. Westbrook, and Harden were all 21 years old.

The Spurs are the better team and they have the best coach in the game. It's that simple.

Hopefully OKC puts up a fight when the series goes back to OKC.

Spurs are the best team in the NBA this year. That is all. Been saying this for a long while now.

I've been saying that since January.

I was wrong here because I thought we would win one in San Antonio and lose the series in 6. I think game 1 was our chance.

U guys called them all old and done in seabones futures thread. I said they are still experienced and will make a run but didn't think they will be able to take out okc. Called okc to take it all

I did very early in the season. Called them to win it all in February though.

it's the same series 0-2 as 0-0..OKC probably holds down homecourt and its back to san antonio for a 6-7 game western finals

So two years ago Scott Brooks was supposed to take a bunch of 21 year olds and beat Phil Jackson (one of the greatest coaches ever) and Kobe Bryant (one of the best players ever) and the NBA champion lakers?

So since Brooks took that Laker team to 6 games and lost game 6 on a last second shot he needs to go?

This Spurs team is better than OKC. OKC will have their time. It's just too soon.

We're in the Western Conference finals with a very young team. If we go out to the Spurs, I would say the team met expectations. I didn't expect them to win the entire thing.

Do you honestly think OKC is better than San Antonio?

The team has gotten progressively better under Brooks. We're currently only one of four teams still playing. At this point, given the youth of our team, I will take it.

It's not our time yet. We do have some holes. The Spurs are a better team, don't you agree?

As for OKC losing two years ago, that was a good LA team that won it all. We had a bunch of snot nose kids that gave them everything they wanted.

Also, I'm not using being young as excuse. How is it an excuse when I say the Spurs are the better team over and over again?

OKC is a young team and they will win a Championship if they can keep their core group together, it just won't be this year. It usually takes young teams a couple of times to "get over the hump", to get the experience on what it takes to play and win at that level. OKC has a bright future, they will be contenders and champions in the future. I really think they need a low post scorer, doesn't have to be elite just consistent. OKC has some great shooters and make a lot of tough shots, these guys could be downright beastly if these guys had more open looks. OKC has a good "team", no drama and guys that like playing together. I look at guys like Westbrook, that has improved greatly since last season, getting better at playing within himself and limiting mistakes, he's only going to get better with experience. Series like this one is only going to help this team down the road.

I'm a big Spurs fan, but definitely think that OKC will be the dominant team in the West in the future. They just need a little more experience and a couple more pieces(low post scorer) to make it happen.

OKC isn't winning a championship anytime soon.

An incredibly stupid statement. It is not the learning, DF, it is the fact that San Antonio has many more quality pieces with more versatility than OKC. Some of OKC players are one-dimensional. Not so for SA.

I think the more appropriate quote would have been the Lakers didn't remember anything from 2010 when with luck they beat OKC.
