Pinnacle cares less about what side you bet than other books. Their business model relies on a high volume of bets to be profitable, while offering the lower juice. Anyone that wants Boston for any decent amount of money will be loading up with them rather than taking +8 elsewhere. Off market lines are sometimes about a lean, but more often about building liquidity when they're coming from the bigger books.

That doesn't mean that Pinny is leaning Miami. There not gonna have a lean on a game 1 like this and try to sucker people. Their line is proportioned with the amount of money coming in on each side. They are not gambling on a game like this. Pinnacle will lean on games that are in the pk and -1 range. They want to minimize their risk. Every book does. They are not gambling on 95% of games.
