There are way too many people on the Pacers. I also expect Miami to play a lot better than they did the previous game.
I think people are overreacting to last game.

I like the angle of this being a 'do or die' type situation for the Heat.
Lebron cops a lot of 'no-ring' and choker flack, and I would expect him to realize the importance of this game as far as the Heat's championship chances go and ensure the Heat win this one and tie it up.
Then again, if I bet this situation every other time Lebron was in this position I'd be dead broke.

I want to back the Pacers and ride the wave, but I just can't go against LeBron. Its been hurting my pocket but Id hate today to be the day that the Heat win by double digits and I wasn't on them!

If Lebrick can score upwards of 40 points or the Pacers turn the ball over 20+ times, then the Heat will have a chance. If neither happens, I don't see how they don't get paddled again like they always do in the playoffs.
Plus I have some $$$ on IND to win it all so I may be a little biased.

Top two bets at VegasInsider are Miami point spread and Miami ML. There are a ton of people like the ones above that are betting Miami for the simple reason that it's a "do or die' type situation for the Heat" and "Well Lebron might score 40?" public money is on the Heat

Ehhh, that doesn't really matter.
The public wins half of the time.

Wade must have a better game for them to win. I think they'll win by a small margin later.

For the record, if I had to I would take the Heat.
Since I don't have to, I'm laying off. I feel much more comfortable with my money on the San Antonio covering machines.

this game smells a lot like Boston/Philly to me... everyone thought that the more experienced Boston team would come out, cover, and not mess around. but the younger, hungrier Sixers team stormed back. % of bets on Miami point spread is in that 70 range which is exactly where the percentage was on Boston in that last game

If your basis for taking the Heat is "there are way too many people on the Pacers" and you think they're "overreacting to the last game," how can you then say it doesn't really matter when consensus sites show the public is on the Heat and the public wins half of the time? Either it matters or it doesn't matter, no?

agree reasoning is flip flopping, also bad reasoning to go against the public sentiment- your like the people that take the clippers because its "Sharp" meanwhile me and a bunch of SBRs have been riding the spurs machine for some time

Are you stupid? I never say I'm betting 10x, 15x, ect.
My units stay pretty constant and I have never bet more than $500 on a game. Hell, rarely do I bet more than $200 on a game.

Pacers are the better team right now, but the Heat still have the best players on the floor in James and Wade who could go off and will their team to victory.

You're pretty funny dude. You post bets like 30 minutes after games start. Then you claim you get the Spurs -5 (+107) when the line is -5.5 (-110) every where else.
Basically, you're full of shit.

Someone needs to step up
Lebron could drop 60 and theyd still lose by ten.

LOL.
I've said all year the Spurs are winning the West. With that said, I think OKC has proved they're one of the best teams in the league. Our time will come.

Can't argue with anything you said there. Should be an entertaining series between you guys and SA. Should be a whole lot of scoring, curious what the totals will be for those games, I'd imagine somewhere around 200.

Yeah, it's funny how he comes into my threads talking shit after I post a play, then like 20 minutes later he makes a thread playing the same thing I am.
Whatever. I know it's probably some kid in their late teens or early 20s trying to be cool.
He always acts super confident then he buys half points all the time.

Yeah. I love how everyone calls me a homer when I predicted Spurs/Thunder and Heat/Celtics like a month ago.
What's even funnier is that all these Laker bandwagon fans come at me from all directions after they barely win one game at home when they were gifted 41 points from the free throw line. All of the sudden the Lakers are going to blow out the Thunder and win the series and I'm a homer because I think otherwise.
This place is annoying. I don't know how much longer I will stay here. I'm a homer for saying OKC is the second best team in the West? I don't understand. They are the second best team in the West. It's been that way all year.
People are dumb if they really thought LA was the better team after OKC has won 5 of 7 against them this year and scored over 100 in 5 of those games.
LA needs a point guard and a coach. They also need some more depth.
As for the East, it's funny people keep betting against Boston taking teams like Atlanta and Philly to advance. Boston will win that series.
