This Is Why People Hate On Lebron
"Forty minutes in the playoffs is different than 40 minutes in the regular season," James said, according to the newspaper. "Intensity is raised. The grind is much more intense. Hopefully, I can get a few minutes here and there."
Heat coach Erik Spoelstra doesn't know how much he can do about it.
"There's nothing we can do [about rest for James] in the fourth quarter," Spoelstra said, according to the Herald.
"Forty-minutes-plus is probably what he can expect."

MVP's dont blame fatigue. Kobe or Jordan didnt ever.

"I can only play a game for 40 minutes every other day. Sure there are 2880 minutes over that same time period, but playing a game for 1.4% of that time, that's asking way too much"

i remember towards the end of i think his last season with the cavs he was talking about needing his rest before the playoffs. that's arguably worse than this, although this is pretty bad. how does he not see how much of a non-pro he is?

I'm pretty sure his elbow is hurting him and he'll have to have surgery to repair it after the playoffs....

that's not the point. the point is the way he cries like he's the only one playing hurt, having to gut out performances, etc. no one can be quoted like he can in that regard.

by the way, best player in the league as far as i'm concerned. it's just shit like this that will keep him off of my and many others' favorite players list.

Tex - I wasn't taking up for LeJerk. I was mentioning all the excuses the self appointed King makes when he can't step it up to the next level. He faked an elbow injury when he was in Cleveland his last year during those playoffs because he knew he doesn't have the clutch gene.

Guy needs to take a lesson from durant. Has a mediocre game but begs for the last shot every time... And usually makes it. Usually..
