Taking the generous 8 points. Also put a small amount on Jazz on the money.

Not really doubting them when you are taking the 8 points. Spurs probably win, just do not think they cover.

Well you're fading them knowing that they're going to give it everything they have to finish the series tonight, and not play another game of this. I just think when u have a motivated Jazz team and a motivated Spurs team, choosing Jazz isn't a great idea even with 8 pts - Not a large number at all for SAS to cover.
Good luck though.

At the same time, how much motivation does SA really have to end the series tonight. Win or lose they are going back to SA. Nothing wrong with ending a playoff series on your homecourt. Not saying SA won't give it their all, but it is not like they have a ton of motivation to sweep the Jazz tonight. Obviously they want to win, but it is not like their next round opponent is resting and waiting for them.

IMO 8 points is a big difference between 2 playoff teams especially when one team is laying that kind of wood on the road.

Tonight's game in Utah is becoming more and more reminiscent to last night's game between the Heat and Knicks. Everyone thought the Heat would close out the series with a sweep. Knicks and Jazz were both +6 in game 3 and lost. Now both teams are +8 in game 4. Knicks won SU, can UTA do the same?

Spurs want to end this series today, period. They are anxious to end this round and get ready for the next one. Don't confuse the Spurs with a weak-willed Heat team, the Jazz know they're beaten. In the Spurs last 13 games they are 12-0-1 ATS. That +8 may look tempting, but the Spurs are not about to let their foot off the gas.

POPS know the importance of playing the least amount of games to minimize injuries.....The whole team know OKC swept...they ARE highly motivated..............SPURS by double digits easy

The spurs are the most consistent team there is in the NBA right now. Everyone keeps hoping/expecting a let down game from them in this series. I'm laying off this game but betting the Jazz to cover anything in the single digits vs. the spurs just doesn't seem wise. Everyone's trying to get tricky here.

What does OKC have to do with the Spurs? They play the winner of LAC/MEM.

Not only is this SAS team more consistent, but they have a much better coach than the Heat do. My main reason for believing they cover the -8 spread is because of how important it is for this team to finish the series tonight. Pop has been a victim of injuries in the past and he knows what the consequences can be - and even the players are aware of this. So just based on that, I think Spurs come into this game to give it their 110% and start resting (knowing that their next opponent are likely in for a 6-7 gm series).
On the other hand, Utah will also try their best to save face and not get swept and/or keep this last playoff game close, but it would require them to shoot lights out and play out of their minds.

Game will most likely come down to Utah's perimeter shooting. If their outside shots fall, they'll cover. If they don't, good night UTA.
