    Does the younger generation know why Spike Lee is famous?
    Has the guy done anything worthy of making him famous in the last ten years? The last really noteworthy thing that I can think of that's worthy of making him famous was the fact that he directed one of Michael Jackson's best videos. That was a long time ago though.

    Most people who are 25 and under must think he's famous for BEING A KNICKS FAN and that's it. Pretty funny if you ask me.

                                      Im 20. From Portugal. I know him basically of name and because of the basketball thing since I was like 12.

                                      If I asked 90% of my friends, even the ones who don't know what a madison square garden is, I bet they would say they know the name... but have no clue who he is.

                                      Inside man though, was really popular and is from like 06/07. Anyway, he did make some great films, I've recently watch do the right thing and I loved it... but damn that man is as racist as they come.

                                          My main man Mars Blackman. I found it hilarious watching the Reggie Miller vs. the Knicks doc when Spike pretended to take offense when Reggie grabbed his dick in front of Spike and his wife.
