when it says second half money line... does that mean the 2nd half score ? like 3rd qtr and 4th qtr combined or does it mean the final score of the game ?

also.. for second half over under..

say it its 102.... over under... does it combine both teams score from 3rd and 4th and then see whether its over or under or does it mean the final score ?
