Don't have much to go on but I was looking at some garbage games the past few days and they all seemed to go over the total. Is there any merit to my thought that in meaningless games the defense is a little more relaxed?

Ha... In my opinion players stop playing D once they enter the draft. Defense in the NBA? Never seen it...
