    Anyone Else Like Memphis -9?
I know the line seems a bit steep against a solid Utah team, but this is the Jazz's 5th game in 7 days in 5 different cities. Jazz are also on the back end of a b2b today as well. Utah's main advantage is their play in the paint, but the Grizzlies can definitely neutralize their inside attack with Randolph/Gasol/Speights. Memphis has a great homecourt advantage, and Utah is a very poor road team.

Memphis is rested coming off a loss and I expect them to come out strong today. Line opened at -7 and is already at -9. Wish I could have gotten the opening line but my book didn't release the line until this morning when it was already at -9.

    Thoughts.

I like it, but it's hard to say as Utah just loss to New Orleans. Does this mean the Utah blow that much on the road and Memphis will crush them? Or does it mean Utah will be reeling from that loss and come to play tonight? I put it in a parlay and was able to buy down to -6.5, which makes me a bit more comfortable.

      Memphis -5 first half.

Utah has dominated in the paint in previous matchups without Randolph but he should help offset that matchup. Memphis is also down 0-2 in the season series. First half is my play though.

Sounds like you were reading the Marco D.Angelo write up across the street on the Celtics.
