It's a no-brainer speedy. Line should close minimum Dallas -3.5

Yeah books have been really setting lines way off. They opened LAC and DAL way too low today. We saw it with Phili yesterday against Toronto.

I'll have to take a closer look at it, but Dallas should be able to cover that spread.

What do you think about PHX/HOU tomorrow?

I'm going to wait and see what the line does. If it drops to 3.5, Phx is the play.

dallas is too old to play on a back to back as a road favorite this late in the season though, even if portland is reeling. they're still not an untalented team and have a good homecourt advantage. this would be a square play i would not take.

Totally forgot that just a couple weeks ago POR won in DAL in OT. Big time revenge, and a classic match of a team that is in playoff mode playing a team that is playing for ping pong balls.

Dallas are a streaky team, they win and lose in bunches. Waiting for my book to open the line for the game. Line should be up towards 3 or 4 tomorrow. If it sits at 2, then I may have to rethink.

Blazers always play Dallas close, but that's because Aldridge always plays exceptionally well against his hometown team. I just don't see them covering this game without LaMarcus, even with the Mavs on a b2b.

Tomorrow's game is almost a must-win. Because after that they have to play @ LAL and @ UTA. Last thing they want to do is go 1-3 on the trip. If they win tomorrow, then they can at least guarantee themselves a 2-2 split on their 4 game roadtrip. Most likely going to fade them on Monday in UTA, especially if they upset the Lakers on Sunday. If they beat LA, they'll be content with a 3-1 roadtrip and look forward to going back home. Playing a b2b in Salt Lake ain't easy.

The Blazers would be favored if Aldridge was playing. Dallas on a b2b playing at the Rose Garden. Line seems right to me. I still think Dallas wins and covers though.

This is an absurd line...Without Aldrige, Blazers should be +5 or more. Bookies making a mistake here big time and public will win large on this play.

Most plays are 1-5x. If I really like something I'll go in the 5-10x range. This is my biggest nba play of the year.

yea if u watched the last game in dallas the only reason portland stayed close was because felton had the shooting nite of his life if i recall and they had nobody that could stop aldridge aldridge was unstoppable in the 2nd half and was gettin basically any shot he wanted

Only thing I'm worried about is it being a sharp line and Mavs winning by 2 or 3. Personally I think Mavs win fairly comfortably but the line might be sharp.

Yeah i was able to grab DAL -2 at -119 late last night. DAL should cover the spread easily and win comfortably. I just don't really see how the Blazers can hang with the Mavs, especially if DAL slows the pace down and forces POR to play in the halfcourt. Aldridge was the only real good halfcourt player who you could run offense through. Just don't see how they can keep up with DAL in the halcourt.
