Think this will have any sort of impact on other teams management when it comes to picking him up in the future, knowing his attitude could be like this for them?

doubtful...if he was a mediocre player, then yes. But the top tier players pretty much have their way. See: Williams, Deron.

I don't think his attitude is much of a problem. What is wrong with being wishy-washy on if you want to leave or not. Plenty of professional athletes do it. It's Dwight Howard, everyone wants him.

I'm referring to his telling management either they get rid of Van Gundy or he's gone

Dude smiles too much on the court and it really irks me. Knicks game already profitable:

          $115.00 $100.00 Win 4/5/12 7:05pm Live In-Play Basketball 9501 New York Knicks/Orlando Magic 1st Quarter Under 44½ -115*
          Got Knicks ML +170 too.

Great players get passes. Dwight could tell Stan Van and Otis Smith to go fuk themselves and I'm sure owners would still be drooling over him.

The GM has to go. How long does this guy like to hold on to players? Only a moron would have traded back for Hedo after it was clear he was over the hill. Jameer will most likely die in a Magic uniform. Jameer is by no means a weak PG, but at some point you have to move on. I just don't think Jameer Nelson is the type of PG you can win a championship with. And look at the rest of the roster. You can't win anything with a PF who shoots more 3-pointers than 2-pointers.

The trades the Magic made last year were pretty bad. I always thought they had to get rid of Rashard Lewis and Vince Carter, but not for the players they got. And giving up Gortat.....

coaches are easily replaceable. dwight won't be affected by this at all.

Dwight Howards 48% FT shooting is easily replaceable. They would have been better trading him for a bunch of players and keeping Gortat.

teams will still fall over each other trying to sign him when he's a free agent.
