Are the Heat in a letdown spot in toronto on friday? Laying only 7.

Toronto played them really tough in Miami not too long ago . Toronto has been covering a lot of games over the past 6 or so weeks.

emotional win for Heat tonight, could be a bit of a let down taking a 4 hour flight to Canada tonight and getting into the Royal York hotel at 4:30 am

Yeah I was thinking the same. Big letdown spot for the Heat. We all know the Heat are sleepwalking through the regular season. They'll get up for the big games, but I don't see how they get up for Toronto on the road after beating the Mavs. Building should be rocking tomorrow on a Friday night.

Heat also play the Celtics on Sunday afternoon on ABC. The Raptors are sandwiched in between two big nationally televised games. Not only are the Heat coming off an emotional win, but they could be looking ahead to BOS as well. Hoping the line gets up to 8 tomorrow, but if it doesn't that just means books are rolling with TOR, MIA is going to get pounded tomorrow.

When you go to all the boards, even recently, everyone thinks the Raps are the Charlotte Bobcats. Zero respect, and all they do is cover games, especially 1st halves.

shoulda seen,, 90% were on Denver the other night here and on covers, and I was shocked, considering how poor denver has been playing overall. The denver win over the Bulls blinded them. Toronto took denver behind the woodshed.

Well, the Wizards didn't win tonight but they had a good solid effort and easily covered the +10.5 spread, only losing by 4

I think it was Gary Williams the ex-Maryland coach who said that. It wasn't in reference to the Raps, so it doesn't really fit the mold here. Home dogs come out on Friday night infront of the big weekend crowds.

heat win by DD. Not worth betting on this game. Chalmers and Lebron guard the 2nd and 3rd best players on the Rapters. NBA is a game of match ups. The only position the Raptors have an advantage at is PF with Andre b... but Bosh is arguably just as good. However Bosh is the weak link of the heat because of his inconsistency so I give the advantage to Andrea B at PF

Return of Chris Bosh, hopefully TOR comes together and defends the home court. I think a lot of people tend to assume that the star player gets revenge on his former team, but a lot of the time it is the other way around.

We have already seen the Hornets cover at home in CP3's return. We saw UTA win and cover both times against Derron Williams and NJ this year. Nuggets covered and won SU against Melo and the Knicks. Hopefully TOR takes some pride in the team they play for and show up tomorrow.

I am actually going to see that game today. I think that bosh will have a monster game tonight and the heat win by DD. Every time our city loses the star player, that player comes back and always drops big numbers.

Can't wait to boo bosh everything he touches the ball though

I don't think this is a true letdown spot - Heat won late in that game last night, and after a few bumps the past 10 they know the Raptors will be ready for them... I like Heat ML on some chalky parlay if anything, but no question Raptors can cover the way they've been playing...

I think is built into the line.
There is no way the Raps cover.
