I would lean Portland because I see the Hornets wearing down in the second half. That being said, I'm not going to put any money on Portland given their recent issues.

You're correct about the shooting percentages. Check this out. Both teams shot around 48% from the field, 90% from the line, and 58% from three point land. I took both teams and averaged those numbers.
I doubt they continue to shoot near 60% from downtown and 50% from the field. New Orleans has a short bench and the Blazers blow.
Games like this typically slow down in the second half, especially if it's close.
