Do The Books Win Their Money Back Today?
After a couple of days of the Public winning, do the books take it back tonight?

7 of the 10 games have at least 75% of the public on one side, and 5 of those games have at least 80% or more on one side. By the looks of the lines and line movement, today looks a bit trappy.

Be careful squares, Vegas doesn't like to lose 3 days in a row.

BOS/UTA looks trappy, but it reminds me of POR/BOS a few weeks ago when the public was all over BOS yet the line kept moving in the wrong direction. And of course BOS was up by about 30 points at half time. Honestly, I see a ton of value in BOS with a line that low at home.

And I don't think LAC is square. Public is actually on PHX. RLM on that game.

Yeah I was thinking the same thing Speedy- watching all these lines go against the money. Seems like some big bets coming in against seemingly obvious plays.

I don't really understand the public. I thought the public was all over NYK nuts. Just because Lin and Amare are out people jump ship? You know if Lin and Amare were in, it would probably be flipped and 80% on NY. I kind of like NY as home dogs here, especially as a public dog. When was the last time the Knicks were a public dog lol. Might have to take a Melo OVER PTS prop as well. With Amare out, I think we'll see the old Carmelo Anthony.

The public wins 50% of the time.

There have been a ton of huge public plays that have cashed in the last year or at least it seems like it.

I just play what I like, public or not.

Bobcats looks trappy as hell. 80% on MIN yet the line dropped from MIN -5.5 to MIN -5??? I doubt heavy money came in on CHAR. Probably just going to stay away. Wouldn't surprise me one bit if CHAR won though.

Just like the Nets the other night?

Nothing would surprise me but I refuse to put money on teams that bad.

                          You're smart just staying away.

The only way for books to get
Money on teams like the Nets and Bobcats is to bait people like us with fishy lines.

I'm sure some people will take the Cats just bc they think he line is weird.

I definitely think today is trappy. Only 3 home faves out of 10 games

MAGIC v KNICKS take the over 189.5

Among other factors I looked into, this one put the stamp on it for me:
8 of 8 games in this series have gone OVER THE TOTAL over the last 3 seasons

I'll never understand why people value stats like this. So, you're saying that going back to 2009 matchups has more relevance than recent trends? Knicks on streak of 6 straight unders. I have no opinion on the total. If anything the total seems suspiciously low. I wanted to take the Magic, but tough to back them on the road. Value is on Knicks. I think I'll pass. gl
