Washington vs Memphis -12.5

Noticed that this line looked REALLY interesting.. It looks like it hasn't moved much or even at all. With Zeebo back they SHOULD blow them out but what do you guys think?

My lean is going to be crazy but I'm probably going to take
Memphis -12.5 for a small play.. any thoughts?
