Better play clev -3.5 or over 194.5 vs Toronto

Like both these plays and we should see a score fest and Clev is playing very good ball right now on the offensive end

Toronto is decent defensively...If anything take Clev...I have a small play on the under...with the number from my model set at 188. Id recommend not playing the over.
