For as many huge swings as games go through these days, it always magically winds up right at the closing number -- especially in the big TV games. Seems like you should be able to make a killing on the spot when Team A gets down 10, then Team B gets down 10, when you know the game's going down to the wire anyway because that's just how the WWF -- er, NBA -- is.

I have Celtics -1 for 1x and Knicks +1500 for 0.1x so i'm sitting pretty as long as the celts dont win by 1.

I wish 5d offered live betting on all the games. Anyone know if you can use pinny from a US IP? I know people in Europe and Canada that would open an account for me, but not sure if it would be an issue if most of the bets came from a US based IP.

Pinny has as many live games as 5D probably. I wish they'd have all.

For sure, but it's WAY harder to do it consistently over time than you make it sound. Especially with the live lines moving frequently in a short window of opportunity. IMO, the sharpness of the live lines has been steadily improving as the market evolves, and as the season progresses and team tendencies become more apparent.

Grabbed the Heat at +7 now, nice middle opportunity.

took Heat +315 -12 at halftime

I agree live lines can be very profitable but they can be just as tough to hit as anything else. games can get out of hand really quickly!

Personally, i love Bovada's live betting. The player props are great. In close games i pretty much always take Kobe to miss his next shot @ -130ish lol.
