I don't know if you can really it a smart move when he needed to give up his access to the funds to avoid recklessly spending $32 million dollars... Not quite the same as engaging in smart money management. More like a child and his allowance.

He should probably thank his financial advisor for thinking ahead. Shoot I remember back in the late 90s, my friend worked for a repo company. They had to repo one of his M3s, which obviously was one of his cars being driven by members of his entourage.
