Really don't like how BetDsi just handled this situation

It was a live bet that was Miami vs Portland after 3 quarters combined score even or odd.
I bet even for 185.00 and the score after 3 totaled 156.
They marked my bet as a loss so I live chatted them and they told me to call.
So I call them and they say to call back in fifteen minutes,
Than I call them back and they say the only guy who deals with live bets is out and he might be back tomorrow to fix the problem.

Uhm....is it that hard to correct the bet?
I mean not a lot of money but its the principle.
Also faxed them all the information for CC deposits today and got a receipt for all my faxes that they went through. They of course only got "every" other page i sent so I can't get a payout.

Seems like I'm getting the ring around, and not even getting paid for winning bets.

Sounds pretty familiar. They're probably going to award u the money for the live bet eventually but good luck getting the money out. They're gona continue with the run around under the premise that u will either become frustrated and bet it all compulsively and lose or lose it all over time. Ever since neteller went down yrs ago I had the same problems and eventually switched to physical books. The degrees of freedom on placing bets r lower but at least I actually see the money

Just an update called them today.
First person i talked to said I needed to e-mail Betcris?
Talked to a supervisor after that who said they have nothing to do with it...so there goes that.
Than I talk to another lady who said it will take about an hour and to call back...
I call back in an hour and somehow it was never told to anyone to look over,
so she told me to call back tomorrow.....

184 dollar bet....and they really dont wanna pay it this bad???

Yeah i had to get it out there, because if they do not pay me for winning bets I can guarentee I will be on here with 100 threads
