chris paul is overrated. yes he is a good player. but i dont see him as a top 10 player. i like big men that can penetrate and get to the rim. i just dont see paul as that dominant of a force down low. i dont like jumpshooters. i like animals down low like Shaq.

Ray Allen got hot a few years ago and won the MVP. I don't think anyone saw that coming.

Big men that can penetrate and get to the rim.. Are you sure you're talking about basketball?

lol this is a thread about who could possibly win the all-star game mvp besides the 6 players he mentioned. it is not a thread about what type of nba player you like.

I agree with you. If Rose was given a lot of minutes, then he might be a possibility, but I saw on NBA TV that Thibs will not play him much so he can get some rest. CP3 has to give lobs to everyone, so he won't be looking to score and he'll just play for fun. Howard only scored 5 pts last year in All Star and never more than 18 pts. Even though it's in Orlando, I don't seem him scoring that much more. Wade is a possibility but I don't think he really cares about All Star MVP and he'd rather have Lebron get it.

I just looked it up. Ray Allen never won an All Star MVP. He had the most points in 2008, but Lebron got the MVP

Time for that streak to end?
Rose and Rondo will not play many minutes here.
But in all honestly if I felt compelled to pick someone it would be Howard or Durant

I was just watching NBA TV, showing the All Star concert. Howard came out and the crowd was chanting "MVP MVP". 3D asked him, the crowd wants you to get an MVP what do you think? .. and Howard said that he was going to go for it. I'm not sure how serious he was but just letting you guys know.

What about Russell Westbrook? He loves to shoot the ball and personally I dont think he likes living in the shadow of Durant so he might come out and try to put up some big numbers. I am seeing him at 10/1 and I think it is a decent play.
