#2So you're on the Blazers if the Spurs don't cover?
But if the Spurs cover, you stay with the Spurs, right?Comment -

#4I think SAS would win, or at least cover this one. Look, they are now resting and por are still getting trashed in LA. They are in a streak and i don't think por would end it.Comment -

#6because they've won 11 in a row. line seems weird, what are they trying to pull? blazers suck and spurs are kicking everyone's ass. i will probably play it anyway and find out, i don't give a shit, spurs is the play.Originally posted by M.W.Why would you want to play the Spurs?Comment -

#7i think the line should be port -3.5
spur last 10 covered 8-1 & 1 push, while played 7 games on road, they were started off with a bad road record, but not anymore.
so opening at +4.5 is an excellent value, as it will drop soon enough
it's always tough to win at portland, but they are having some issue right now.Comment -

#16Pop was going to sit out Duncan last night for rest but instead played him alot of minutes. Also with Splitter out they could be shorthanded up front if he elects to sit out Duncan. Tonight could be the night Pop sits guys out as he has hinted at doing this the past few days. And the Spurs looked absolutely dead tired and gassed after the game last night. That game in Utah was a tremendous physical battle and they were on their hands and knees at the end of the game. And they also had a tough OT game against the clips the game before
It's extremely hard to go into Utah in that elevation and win, then go into Portland and win right afterwards on a b2b.. especially when the head coach is looking to sit out key players of a dead tired teamComment -

#18I am going Portland -6,5. They won 6 in a row at home to Spurs and often force 17+ TO's. Spurs are pushed to their limits last few games and with Manu and Splitter out for sure, they will come short later in this one. No winning streak lasts forever. Duncan and Parker player 37+ last night and they are 10 years older than Aldridge and Batum! No brainer for me. Portland all the way!Comment -

#25Helps you cap games? Your so full of shit.....
Since you are such a great "handicapper" why would you even need help?
You first question how one could NOT bet the Spurs then a few hours later say you "really like Portland"

#27Wrong. The Spurs are a "dead tired" team? Tony Parker is the only Spur averaging more than 29 MPG. Pop has done an excellent job of resting his players when necessary, so that they are fresh. There is nothing at all to indicate that the Spurs are tired. I'm not sure what game you watched, but "gassed" teams rarely score 106 points in elevation on the road to continue a double digit win streak. You have no clue what you're talking about. With that being said, Pop could decide to rest Duncan any given day, but he's been playing at a very high level, so there's no need to sit him now.Originally posted by PR9Pop was going to sit out Duncan last night for rest but instead played him alot of minutes.
