If they played in the west, they would likely be 10-15. They get the joy of playing the cellar of the eastern conference (NJ, TOR, CHAR, WASH, CLE, etc.)

Jajuan Johnson has a lot of upside as well, but you're right, they need to make some moves. Only one I'm completely against trading of the older guys is Pierce. He stuck with them through the shitty years, he deserves to retire a Celtic like he wants to. I would be very disappointed if they trade him.

Unfortunately, not sure what type of talent they'll be able to pick up for any of the vets. Losing out on David West before the season hurt a lot I think as far as the next few seasons look. Need to make a big splash in free agency next year

Agreed, I think Pierce can play. He looks like he still has about 2 more solid years of scoring 16+ ppg left in him. Ray and KG aren't 10% of the players they were in their prime. Those guys need to go.
