This dude is trying to bring his arrogant style personality to TV. Feels like he is doing self advertising. I know he gives no insight at all. He is funny don't get me wrong but he is useless on that set! Lol

people like shaq and so does everyone on the set. the guy is funny , they already have enough insight of the game with the jet and barkley. trust me shaq will have this job for as long as he wants it .
