Derrick Rose (back) has been ruled out against the Celtics on Sunday.
C.J. Watson started on Friday in Rose's absence and will likely get the nod again on Sunday. It's unclear at this point whether Rose will be ready to play on Tuesday when the Bulls return home to host the Kings.
