For his team to have a fighting chance, Clip's Doc Rivers is quoted as "stressing defense." Presently, the public is all over the Over. Based on two of the three games in this series that have handily gone over 215 pts., who could blame them.

Factor in the Sunday early afternoon game time on Mother's Day, and that might just make the difference re: the total. Will know by half time if a chase pick becomes necessary. Good luck, fellas!

In the first half, the Wizards have been behind only one time (Game 2, 1 pt.) With Washington facing elimination, I kinda think they'll come out swingin' again.

Three of the last five have gone over 87 pts; one of those games was in D.C. The current low U is probably a response to the Wiz's home scoring woes, and Indy's poor first half performances. W/ Washington's back against the wall + Indiana's desire to close out the series, the total opened at 89.5 because maybe the game's urgency dictated as much for the teams, respectively.

1st Half
OKC played Clips tough in the previous two games in L.A., behind only one pt. at halftime in game 3, and having an 11 pt. lead in Game 4. Only twice in the entire series has Sterling's estranged team been ahead by more than 2 pts after the 2 quarter.

Same mindset as earlier game (IND/WAS); Clips back against the wall vs. OK knocking down the wall.

No, no and no is what I got from the first two games. Spurs have the Thunder in the corner, and will go for the early KO unless the refs pull a Don King fight.
