Agreed. Wizards are okay to back in certain spots, and I think this is one of those spots.

I like Memphis as well but am having a hard time pulling the trigger. I took the Grizz in a similiar spot last week against SA and the Spurs came out and kicked them in right in the rooster

Traveling from utah to the east coast is tough. Amare hasn't been that good this year. Utah doesn't play great defense and both teams like to try to get baskets on the fast break.

Exactly, in theory yes. So it just comes down to laying -4 on a shitty Wizards team. But I think its one of the rare spots for them to get a win and they sure as hell know it - they won't get many easier opportunities than facing raptors at home to get a win so yeah I would feel there is enough value on this play.
