momentum before the end of the 1st half means fukk all for the tired team.

Just like the extremely tired clippers were swinging momentum in the 1st half vs denver. In the 2nd half the rested team blew the doors off of the building.

You have to think ahead in games and weigh everything out. Not just go by the moment. Just like you can't go by what a team did last night for a game tonight. What happened yesterday has absolutely no relevance to another game and another spot entirely.

every night a game is a spot, a capsule. But you can't bet within a game by looking at it like a capsule (a moment).. Think bigger within the games, and think smaller for the game (IE: spot)

Drove down from Seattle to go to the game. I would have pounded the crap out of the Blazers 2H but I was at the game. The Nuggets didn't have any momentum in that game. Blazers turned the ball over a few times at the end of the game which led to easy buckets for the Nuggs to get back in the game. Without those careless turnovers, Blazers would have been up by 15 at half. Nuggs did absolutely nothing in the first half, they were lucky to be within single digits.

Well at least I saw a great game, not to mention I cashed on Portland -5.5.
