Just looking at the women's tennis results man there were a lot of upsets. A couple I avoided for a reason actually turned out to be blessings in disguise.

this is a great idea...i did something similar starting with $1000 and risking it on -900 or so favs...same concept with a bit larger stake...made a few hundred but it was so stressful putting that much down each time so im taking your approach right now, started with a 40$ freeplay and i've hit the spurs, the heat, and the grizz so far, up to ~50$! i think you're on to something here uga, thanks and keep up the great work!Comment -
Thanks mate yep $1000 with -900 would be stressful as hell. What I've found is -400 and -500 still adds the funds like you'd like but the risk is low. Banking is now becoming ever important as much as I'd like to keep snowballing I think for long term success banking midway is the way to go...although I'd be up a lot more had I not banked early throughout attempt 1 and 2.Comment -

going at it again uga, Depositing $100 just for this experiment. going to just do it with $20 starting attempts. My goal is to have a $1k roll by May. Going to do $20 and snowball it for about 5-6 attempts then bank it. start over until i have banked $300. then take the $400 roll and try an attempt at $100 and if i lose go back to $20 but if i hit the $100 attempt im going to bank after 3-4 attempts. until i reach a $1k roll. should be a fun!

i wish you the best my friend, but i think to do it this way does take a bit of the simplicity out of it...now you will need to sweat 2 games (not to mention in the nba, a spread like +5 is far from a lock on any night) and hit both in order to cash but still laying -285...personally i think you are better off finding just one game a night you absolutely focus your efforts on and work with that...but to each their own...BOL everyone lets hope we can all take the books down

Too bad with the Boston pick. They're my NBA team and I should have known they've gone all season with 2-4 regulars injured at all times. That has made them an up and down team where they could beat great teams one night and lose to bad ones the next.
Going to go back and stick with just tennis for this experiment I think. Winners seem to be a bit more clear-cut than in the NBA where anyone could win on any night.Comment -
