The Raps are the favourite for the 1st time in 12 games.
They haven't covered as the favourite since they beat Minn by ten on Jan 7th.
Washington held T.O. to 70 some points last time they played this season.
Toronto has lost their last two games by a combined 59.
Raps couldn't hold either of those teams to under 100.
I can't see any other play tonight besides the WIZ.
I think the Moneyline is the BEST value but +4.5 is a lock IMO.

Bargnani is not going to play & the Raps are helpless inside without him. This could be another double digit loss for T.O.

John Wall is rebounding from a bad game.

WIZ have covered their last three spreads.

On the other side of the coin.......

Wizards don't play D and give up nearly 100ppg. They are 1-9 on the road, lost three straight in Toronto and will be missing Blatche. Oh and they're last win was against the Bobcats by a massive 3 points. Who knows Bargnani might even play.

Betting on this game should be illegal. If anything go the over. IMO.

Barbosa/Kleiza are questionable for tonight. Without them, this game should be under & wiz (Blanche is out also though).

It seems when the WIZ play crappy teams they still lose in spite of scoring over their average, when the Raps play horrible teams it seems 50/50. Half the time they score over their average & lose & they equally score very little & still lose.
I think the Raps to lose convincingly is still an easier pick for me than the over under.
